The Fountain
The Fountain is a short story coupled with another story, The Piece of Paper, by Edward Lee. The two were printed together in a limited edition chapbook (802 copies) by Gauntlet Press.
This chapbook was given as a premium to those who purchased Sleep Disorder directly through Gauntlet, as a token of customer appreciation. The Fountain was later reprinted in the short story collection Closing Time and Other Stories, also published by Gauntlet Press.
